Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy -
  • Order replacement can be done in the following cases
  • As per the wrong item / wrong color / wrong size / wrong style / damaged product / wrong quantity / details not having original value tag in package / original packaging / empty parcel / low quality / deadline / missing parts or accessories Upon delivery, under the following conditions, the return request must be reported to the seller within 3 days.

  • When an order is accepted for return / replacement, please keep in mind the following points while packing your product to avoid any damage during the RETURN / REPLACEMENT REQUEST will not be accepted in the following cases -

    • If the product is changed.
    • If the product is tampered with / the product is used.
    • If original price tag slip and serial number has been tampered with.
    • If the product is returned without the original packaging (Price tags, labels and accessories).
    • Do not seal the box, tell the order number / delivery address on the package before handing over the packet.
    • For receipt of shopping and return for tracking purposes, keep receipt.
