Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy -
  • Order replacement can be done in the following cases
  • As per the wrong item / wrong color / wrong size / wrong style / damaged product / wrong quantity / details not having original value tag in package / original packaging / empty parcel / low quality / deadline / missing parts or accessories Upon delivery, under the following conditions, the return request must be reported within 3 days.

  • When an order is accepted for return / replacement, please keep in mind the following points while packing your product to avoid any damage during the RETURN / REPLACEMENT REQUEST will not be accepted in the following cases -

    • If the product is changed.
    • If the product is tampered with / the product is used.
    • If original price tag slip and serial number has been tampered with.
    • If the product is returned without the original packaging (Price tags, labels and accessories).
    • Do not seal the box, tell the order number / delivery address on the package before handing over the packet.
    • For receipt of shopping and return for tracking purposes, keep receipt.
Please pay attention -

If the product is damaged in your possession then there will be no liability for the refund / replacement process to the shops. EasyRush.in will not be liable for any damages.

Shipping Policy

  • Timely delivery of orders is our priority, but the actual delivery depends on the availability of the product with the merchants and your shipping address etc.
  • We update you on top order and collaborate with Logistics Partners to ensure that you get your order on time. If you have any questions during this process, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support.
  • We inform you from time to time about the status of your order via email / sms as per the following conditions, when your order loading is delayed.
  • How much time does it take after sending the product? It depends on the location of you.
  • Shipping cost, if applicable (described on the product page), the amount you pay during the order will include the product and shipping charges. You do not need to pay any additional amount at the time of receiving the order.
